Customer Request
Purchasers for special services or activities and obtaining the goods without contacting them.
Qualitative
We assess the customer’s requirements and offer them a set of qualitative parameters to help them choose the right product or service. This could involve sharing technical documents or dispatching experts to inspect and consult on-site.

Supplier Selection
We compile a list of companies capable of fulfilling the customer’s request and rank them based on the qualitative parameters outlined in step 2. We also collect price and lead time quotations and, if necessary, provide cost breakdown estimates to help customers make informed decisions.
Contract Management
Once the customer selects a supplier based on the information in step 3, we handle the contracting process on behalf of our customer. This includes managing contracts, handling payments, monitoring production progress, and ensuring the quality of the goods through laboratory testing, if required

We oversee the logistics aspect of the procurement process. This includes acquiring the goods from the chosen supplier, packaging if necessary, and arranging for shipping and export, all the way to delivering the products door-to-door.
